Each dish is prepared using time-honored techniques, with particular emphasis on their handmade desserts and ice cream prepared according to exclusive family recipes. Our commitment to authenticity extends beyond just ingredients to encompass the entire dining experience, creating an atmosphere that transports guests to the heart of Lebanese culture, from traditional items such as hummus made from sun-dried organic chickpeas, baba ghanouge prepared with freshly barbecued aubergine, to muhammara crafted from roasted Aleppo peppers.
